Candidates have blank fields on my ISEB School Account following a registration upload.

Account users may see a blank entry under the 'Destination School' or 'Marking School' column on the Candidate tab of their School Account when there has been an error with the registration upload. 

The blank entry indicates that the file uploaded is either not in the correct format, .CSV (comma delimited), or the entries for 'Destination School' and 'Marking School' have not used the drop down options and instead entered schools manually or copy and pasted values. 

It is essential that the spreadsheet is completed using the drop down features as this information enables the system to match the senior schools provided in these two columns with the senior schools in our registration system. 

If you see this error, please check your spreadsheet has been completed correctly. Schools in the drop down have been created in such a way as to distinguish between similar names or commonalities with the addition of the city and postcode, for example they should show as below. 

Users should not type directly into any field which has a drop down as this would result in the spreadsheet becoming incompatible with the registration system resulting in a blank column on the dashboard.
