How do schools make changes to CE and CASE candidate registrations after the registration deadline?

After the registration deadline, the relevant forms for CE and CASE will be removed from the registration portals. Following this, schools will need to contact ISEB to make changes to candidate registrations. This can be done by raising a ticket on the CE Support Portal.

Schools will need to use the Candidate Change Registration Template Upload spreadsheets for CE 13+ and CASE. These will be accessible via the CE and CASE Registration Areas after the registration deadline closes.

Schools only need to enter candidates that require changes to be made into these spreadsheets.

Simply enter the details of the candidate that requires a change made to their original registration. Schools can access a record of their past uploads through the 'Registration' section of their ISEB School Account, and download a receipt of registrations to confirm what details were provided and if any changes are required. 

Once a candidates details have been entered, please select the appropriate 'Change Type' drop the drop down option, as below. 

Once this spreadsheet has been completed, please submit a ticket through the CE Support Portal and the ISEB team will process your changes.
