Understanding late processing fees for CE registrations

ISEB does its best to accommodate late entries and amendments to registrations made following the published deadlines for examination sessions. However, the cost involved in processing such changes is significant; therefore, we have introduced the following fee structure.

All changes, amendments and cancellations are free of charge prior to the registration deadline. No cancellations are allowed after the registration deadline.

During second week after registration deadline	Adding a completely new full set (i.e. new CSV submission) candidate registrations	School did not submit any registrations before the registration deadline	£50.00 + £5.00 per candidate print and despatch fee on top of the usual registration fees
During the first week after registration deadline	Changes to candidate details, including name and DOB alterations, amendments to selected subjects or levels. Addition of candidates to existing submitted CSV.	School did submit registrations before the registration deadline	£5.00 per amendment per candidate on top of the usual registration fees
During second week after registration deadline	Changes to candidate details, including name and DOB alterations, amendments to selected subjects or levels. Addition of candidates to existing submitted CSV.	School did submit registrations before the registration deadline	£5.00 per amendment per candidate plus £10.00 per candidate print and despatch fee on top of the usual registration fees

Destination school and marking school can be changed free of charge after the registration deadline by submitting a support ticket.
